The advertiser must complete and submit an application form to advertise on the www.onesale.com.au website. The advertiser may also ask questions or address any concerns via phone or email. The advertiser must also provide credit details or pay via cheque in order to complete the transaction successfully. All fees and payments will be in AUD$ and will include any GST unless otherwise stated in the offer. All advertisements will be loaded onto the www.onesale.com.au website ready for viewing 24 hours after approval has been granted. www.onesale.com.au retains the right to at any time cancel or terminate any advertisement. The advertiser must not use any false or misleading information such as trading names or general details or any information that the advertiser is not authorised to use.

A standard advertisement runs for a maximum of 10 days, however all advertisements can be extended at any time for an additional fee.
